As a triathlete Steelers fan who chugs chocolate milk, I think this video was made just for me. That said, I figured I'd pass it along for what will hopefully be a little shot of inspiration for your weekend training. For readers unfamiliar with the name, Hines Ward is a former NFL wide receiver who's now training for Ironman Hawaii in October. He was admittedly a bit of a dirty player, the kind of guy you love when he's on "your" team but hate if he's not. Even if you hated him as a player, you can't knock his hustle!
