Testimonials
"I contacted Triple Threat in May of 2015 after signing up for Ironman Florida, to be held on November 7, 2015. I am a seasoned Triathlete and had never worked with a coach prior. My previous training was targeted toward one or two 70.3’s per years and numerous shorter distances.
Recognizing early on I would need formal help to train and complete my first 140.6, I started my search for a coach. Like many Triathletes, I contacted friends who had used coaches and various training plans to accomplish the same goal. After much research, I found Triple Threat Triathlon and could tell from the tone on the site that this might be a good fit for me.
More specifically, I appreciated the respect for individual goals and this was confirmed after our first phone conversation. Collin (my individual coach) was very accessible from the start and listened closely to my story. Additionally, he would ask intelligent questions and make recommendations or seek my input to his thoughts for the plan.
So much of Ironman training is the journey. To this point, there is no “one size fits all” training plan. TTT definitely understands this and worked specifically to tailor the monthly plans to my schedule and ability. As Collin reviewed my work and family commitments, as well as my historical race data, he recommended a training plan to meet both my personal needs and race goals.
The best part of working with Triple Threat was that the entire process was a “conversation”. Different from other experiences I’ve heard of.
In the end, I had some difficult life circumstances develop while training. Collin was there the whole way to discuss and offer options to consider. If I had to describe TTT coaching in one word, it would be 'supportive.'
I would highly recommend Triple Threat Triathlon to anyone looking to achieve or improve upon a personal goal in the sport."

"No question, without the help and guidance of Triple Threat Triathlon coaching, I never would have completed my triathlon! The encouragement, advice and weekly calls that we had while training helped me tremendously! My biggest challenges were cycling and just overall discipline to train. TTT kept me on track with my training and provided me with tips on how to improve my cycling…couldn’t have done it without them! So worth the time and money spent…THANKS!!!"

"Triple Threat was great in helping me figure out strategies and race plans for my first triathlon season. My coach went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions, particularly in meeting up with me for a pre race work out on the course a week before several races and being there for support even if he wasn't racing. It's always helpful to have someone monitoring your progress as well and weekly phone sessions were appreciated. I would recommend Triple Threat Triathlon to anyone looking to figure out what can be a complicated sport."
